2. Service Description

ScooScoo provides AI-generated architectural art based on address inputs ("Artwork"). The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or reliability of the generated Artwork.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the generated Artwork for personal or commercial purposes, including real estate marketing ("Just Sold" cards, closing gifts, etc.). However, ScooScoo retains the right to use any generated Artwork for its own promotional and marketing purposes.

4. User Data and Marketing Consent

By using our Service, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of your personal information, including your email address, for the purpose of delivering the Service and for marketing and promotional communications. You agree that we may send you emails regarding new features, special offers, and other products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

5. Payments and Refunds (Happiness Guaranteed)

We want you to love your artwork. If you are unhappy with the result, you may request an automatic refund (minus 10% processing fee) within 24 hours of purchase using the link provided in your delivery email. We retain a small portion to cover processing fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScooScoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these specific terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
